Category 2

Category 2 climbs have all the great components of the 1 and HC, but a little less intense.  Our Category 2 coaching program is designed  to provide an entry level of coaching to cyclists  interested in improving their fitness  and performance.  Clients will work with our coaching team and received a simplified version of our Cinch Training System training plan.  Essentially this program is for a new cyclist  which will give you a taste of Cinch while taking you to that next level.  If you would like to try our coaching, but you don't have a power meter, this is the option for you.

With the Category 2 you get:

1.  A training program built to your schedule to lead you to improved fitness using world class methodology. 

2. Goal setting and fitness updates when appropriate

3. Become part of our community of like-minded, goal driven individuals.

 

The Category 2 is right for you if:

  • You are new to coaching and, or on a limited budget.
  • You would like a training plan that is process-driven (results come but are the product of hard work) and would like to that your fitness in cycling/triathlon to the next level.
  • You have goals or performances in events you would like to meet.
  • You see value in having a daily structured schedule and a monthly plan.
  • You would like your training to monitored by someone to help motivate you and make sure you are progressing forward.
  • You feel like being part of a community and a team is an asset.
